I have been in this restaurant many times and everything time I was highly satisfied by the food. every item is so delicious that I never got bored eating even the same dish again and again. the sauce they use make the food even more tasty. the hot & sour soup they make, is the item that I love the most. the following is another one of my favorite dish. :)
First time trying a new place, since my go to take out place had closed. The staff was friendly, she was very kind, I asked about the house special due to dietary restrictions and she confirmed with me the ingredients. I placed my order with her in the restaurant. The food was top class, much better than my previous place, the food was freshly made, Honey chicken breading was crisp, boneless spare ribs were moist and meaty. And the special fried rice hit the spot in both smell, taste and warmth and color. Very delicious meal. This will be a place I will shortlist whenever the mood for Chinese food hits. I’ve been going to Gar Sing for years. I love Chinese and Asian food, and Gar Sing has the BEST fried rice and egg drop soups!! My favorites are also the hot and sour soup, honey garlic fried chicken (always so crispy and the sauce is amazing), honey chicken, and krab rangoons. I don’t live in Miami anymore but I still make a trip here whenever I’m back, and compare all Chinese fried rice back to this restaurant! The owners are nice, the place is clean, and most importantly the food is so flavorful and fresh!
food was great during my visit staff was very nice and honestly not only the best Asian food I've had but maybe the best food I've had period you can tell they really care about what they make it really shows
